the hotel is in a great spot, right at paddington station, which is super handy for getting around london. the breakfast was amazin with tons of options, and the staff in the exec lounge were really cool. i slept like a baby thanks to the comfy bed and good air conditioning. good water pressure in the shower too, made my stay way better. loved that there are loads of places to eat and drink nearby.

the room was a bit warm even with the thermostat set, kinda annoying. also, the check-in took a while, but other than that, it was fine.

Just be aware that the elevators can get crowded during peak hours, but that didn't overshadow my overall great experience! 😊

Really enjoyed my stay! The location is super convenient with easy access to the tube. Faiza at reception was fantastic, helping me with everything after my long flight. The in-room breakfast was tasty, but the room needed a bit of maintenance – a light was broken and the showerhead could use a cleaning.

Faced issues with the outdated features in the room including threadbare furniture and broken USB ports. Despite being upgraded, the heating system was ineffective and resulted in a cold room, while attempts to reach reception for assistance were met with silence. It felt frustrating managing logistics without a functional phone charger. Not to mention, the breakfast quality was underwhelming given the choices available, leading to a less than satisfying start to the day. Lastly, the, foyer had limited seating, making it less inviting for waiting guests.

Perfect location! Right next to the Paddington station, made getting around so easy. The breakfast buffet was awesome – tons of fresh fruit and the staff were really friendly. I got a small fridge quickly even though the room didn’t have one. The walk to my room was a bit long and tiring. had a decent stay!

This place suits me perfectly! The 24-hour reception, fitness centre, and in-room breakfast provide everything I need. On my first stay, the staff helped me with great places to visit, which I still remember. Always returning for a weekend!
